Mediterranean Garden (cucumber syrup)
- 30 ML L’Aromix cucumber syrup
- 40 ML white grape juice
- 15 ML lime juice
- 2 cucumber slices
- 2 basil leaf
- ¾ cup of ice
Pour all ingredients in a shaker with lots of ice and shake.
Then strain the liquid in a tall high ball glass filled with crushed ice Top up with tonic water
Garnish
- Long cucumber peel
- With hot garnish stamp on the garnish
